The free version includes features like birthday reminders, conversation tracking with customers, separate management of private contacts, grouping customers, scheduling meeting reminders, initiating calls or emails within the app, importing from phone contacts, customizable fields for each meeting, passcode protection, customer record merging, and a timeline feature.

Customers can opt for a subscription to unlock the Pro Sync features available at USD$5.99 for 3 months, USD$10.99 for 6 months, or USD$19.99 annually. Subscribers gain access to features like data synchronization and accessibility across devices and data backup.

Subscriptions auto-renew every 3, 6, or 12 months based on the selected plan and are charged to the user's credit card via their iTunes account. Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time through the iTunes account settings.

Customers are advised that subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the current period's closure unless subscription preferences are modified in the account settings. Subscription management or cancellation can be done through Account Settings post-purchase. Cancellation during an active subscription period is not allowed.
